Shipping Policy


 WHERE DOES MYGROWGREEN DELIVER?

  • MY GROWGREEN ships its product PAN India.
  • You can check the availability of delivery service to your area through the check availability box on any of our products.
  • We do not deliver our products out of India.
  • Once We shipped, we will update your tracking number in the mail. Customers are requested to provide valid mail to update their status.
  • We usually dispatch your orders in 3~4 days. If may delay happens, we will inform you before order.
  • If parcels opened while delivery, Don’t collect. 

WHEN DO WE DELIVER?

  • For all the serviceable areas, the delivery time would be 5 to 7 business days.
  • (Business days exclude Sundays and National Holidays.)
  • Same-day deliveries and Next-day delivery are not applicable.
  • Delivery may take longer due to:
  1. Bad weather
  2. Political disturbances
  3. Other unforeseen events.

To-Pay or Freight on Delivery (F.O.D.):

The “courier or freight charges” of the consignment are collected from the consignee at the time of delivery.

Modes Of Booking

Paid: Where the consignor pays at the time of booking the consignment. The consignee doesn’t have to pay at the time of delivery.

Topay: Where the consignor books the consignment without paying anything. The consignee would have to pay the freight charges at the time of delivery.

Types of Delivery

Office Delivery: Where the consignee comes to our nearest office and collects the consignment himself. No fee is collected if the consignee picks it up within 7 days from the date of arrival at the destination office. But after that, a nominal demurrage charge would be collected.

Home Delivery [Below 10Kg]: Where the consignment is delivered to the consignee mentioned address.

Parcel Home Delivery [Above 10Kg]: Where the consignment is delivered at Our Nearest office and Third-party be engaged for local delivery like Auto, Van, Tata Ace, A nominal charge will be collected by them for this service, as the rate is not included in the basic freight.

CAN I CHANGE MY BILLING ADDRESS/DELIVERY ADDRESS?
